We had the pleasure of working with Rob Langley on a recent mediation. His calm, no nonsense demeanour and his timely insights helped keep the two sides focussed. He provided good structure for the negotiation and critically, he was instrumental in helping the two sides come to an agreement without the need to progress the matter to court.

Rob's deep knowledge of the law and ability to think laterally and creatively made a big difference to our dispute. He puts a lot of energy into the process and kept us going and pushed through to a successful conclusion even when we were sceptical about making any further progress.

We were given good guidance. I had an initial meeting with Rob where he explained the process so that all parties knew what to provide and what to expect from the process.

Also speaking to the client directly on the phone before the Mediation day was an excellent idea. The matter settled on the day and both parties were able to move on.
